Game Producer (Philippines)
Tic Toc Games is seeking a Game Producer with outstanding communication and people management skills who can organize, write easy to understand user stories and subtasks, and has a proven track record of shipping high quality, free-to-play mobile games!
Responsibilities:
- Run and facilitate: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Backlog Refinement
- Conduct project onboarding and project kick offs.
- Coordinate with the lead producer and the clients to communicate project status.
- Manage simultaneous projects with coaching from the Senior Producer or Lead Producer.
- Communicate with team leads to confirm compliance with project timelines, or to provide general updates.
- Flag and revise production timelines for deliverables if issues arise.
- Nominate manpower for projects, and estimate manpower resources and budget.
- Manage the team by delegating tasks according to requirements.
- Facilitate team members when their production is blocked.
- Suggest training programs for the team to take.
- Evaluate employee performance and help set goals for the employee.
- Create, assign, and track character content and PM event tickets in JIRA.
- Create and maintain project documentation, as well as biweekly production reports.
- Learn and check the contracts provided by the client; create an outline for the contract and discuss the details with the associate producer.
- Ensure that all resources and manpower in the project are compliant.
- Coach the Associate Producer
Requirements:
- Knowledgeable and passionate about Free-to-Play games.
- A minimum of 2-4 years as an Associate Producer or Game Producer in video game development.
- Shipped multiple high-quality products as a Game Producer or Associate Producer.
- Experienced in using Atlassian and Google Suite.
- Outstanding communications and relationship-building skills
- Ability to guide and inspire development teams
- Able to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with all development disciplines: programming, art, design and sound.
- Exhibited ability to coach and mentor employees at all levels of an organization
Pluses:
- You have a good understanding of Agile development with SCRUM.
- You know how to read and make queries in analytics systems.
- You have developed your own games for fun.
- You love console and PC gaming.
- You have a base knowledge of Unity
- You have a higher educational degree
