Senior Game Producer

Tic Toc Games is looking for a Senior Game Producer with exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills to drive the development of high-quality free-to-play mobile games. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully shipping multiple titles, excels at cross-functional team coordination, and can proactively identify and mitigate production risks to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full production lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Own and optimize production workflows, facilitating Scrum rituals such as Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
  • Anticipate and resolve production bottlenecks, ensuring smooth collaboration between departments and external partners.
  • Strategically allocate resources, manage budgets, and oversee both internal and outsourced development efforts.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with external publishers, providing clear updates on project progress, risks, and milestones.
  • Drive alignment between creative vision and production goals, ensuring teams have the clarity and support needed to deliver outstanding experiences.
  • Lead multiple, concurrent projects with strong prioritization and execution.
  • Mentor and develop junior producers, fostering a high-performance production culture.
  • Comfortable coordinating team members that work remotely and across multiple time zones.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Game Producer, Senior Producer, or similar role in game development.
  • Shipped multiple successful titles with direct production oversight.
  • Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive accountability and inspire teams.
  • Strong grasp of Agile and experience optimizing production workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and make strategic resourcing decisions.
  • Experience working with external publishers and handling partner relationships.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members across all disciplines.
  • Comfortable navigating high-pressure environments while maintaining a collaborative and positive work culture.
  • Deep passion for game development and the evolving landscape of free-to-play games.
